_________________________The B'day presents
It is with great regret that I wasn't in Malaysia during these 2 momentous days, the first one was Phei Nee's birthday on 1212 while the second one was Chui Sia's birthday on 1220. Both of them are my friends and I missed out on both of their celebrations! [sobs... TT] A great apology to both of you if you happened to read my blog..
Anyway, while I was in Krabi, I was not only relaxing, I was on a mission! Mission B'day gift hunting! I wanted presents that they would use and match their personality, while still keeping in touch with the Krabi theme, so I had my work cut out for me.
** note that this was quite challenging for me to do! I bought wallets, bags, and bookmarks, only to find the perfect (or at least in my opinion of perfect) gifts for both of them!
I ended up buying a bracelet for Phei Nee and an anklet for Chui Sia. Both of the jewellery are made out of pebbles from the sea and they are in hues of rainbow and white, linked together by a simple silver chain, so I bought them =DD
Presents? Accomplished. Now the fun part is not choosing the gifts, it is wrapping up the gifts! I enjoy wrapping presents and decorating them with care, so I spent about half an hour choosing the most beautiful and the most girly wrapping paper, white ribbon and lace tape from More & Save and spent about the whole morning and part of my afternoon decorating and wrapping up the precious gifts.
I didn't get to take a photo of the anklet and the bracelet, but I took a photo of the finished product =D

Are they girly and pretty? I hope so. Although I'm not a girly girl I still think they looked fabulous =D
I hoped they like it =) I drove all the way to Star Parade to give the anklet to Chui Sia and to Billion to give the bracelet to Phei Nee ^__^ Happy Birthday to both of you =DDD

That was unexpected, I'm quite happy since I'm not considered an academically successful student. so to be on top... totally unaccounted for.. =)
I thank all the teachers who've helped me achieve what I am today. I would also like to thank some teachers that dragged me down and beaten me with harsh words, because what doesn't kill me makes me stronger ! Thanks to all my friends who've been beside me on this roller coaster, and thanks to those that tried to beat me, my competitive juices got a level up in the end! Thank you all for this amazing journey! =D
Without pain, how could we know joy?
=)
___________________Diet Days____
Well, Thai food is delicious and how can you resist the tempting smells of Thai food? So it is not my fault when my body shape went away and hello, body fat! Wow... Suddenly I regretted eating so much =DD Judging from my mum's face, she's on the same wave length as me.
Need I say much? It's sports shoes and a healthy walk every morning starting now!
I guess it's goodbye bread, rice, biscuits etc carbohydrates T^T
